We’re Hunter and Spencer, two friends born and raised in Port Orchard, Washington, with a big dream—to one day own and operate our own restaurant. That dream has been with us for years, and now we’re taking the first step with Sizzlin' Burger.
Spencer brings the culinary expertise, with years of kitchen experience and a passion for quality food. Hunter adds the business know-how, from face-to-face sales to social media marketing. Together, we’re building something from the ground up—not overnight, but with hustle, heart, and a plan.
We’re starting small with our food trailer, serving up fast, flavorful, and better-for-you takes on classic American burgers. And just as important as the food is our mission—to support our local community and, one day, give back through our own nonprofit or by helping others doing good work.
Sizzlin' Burger is just the beginning—but we’re fired up for the road ahead.
