At Sizzlin' Burger, we're more than just a food trailer—we're two hometown guys with a mission. We’re Hunter and Spencer, both born and raised in Port Orchard, Washington, chasing a long-time dream of owning a restaurant. While that vision is still in the works, we’re starting strong with a mobile kitchen that brings fresh, bold burgers straight to the people.

Our menu puts a unique, slightly healthier twist on classic American favorites. Everything we serve is made with quality ingredients and care—whether you catch us parked locally or spot us at an event across the state. We believe great food brings people together, and we want to take that feeling on the road, traveling all over Washington to share our flavor with as many communities as possible.

What drives us just as much as the food? Giving back. We’re passionate about supporting others, and one of our biggest goals is to start our own nonprofit or contribute to causes that uplift our community.
